step from there is to agree upon a design/estimating
contract. This covers the costs involved in preliminary
design, materials selection and estimating.
Our estimates are fully itemized
so it is easy to see the breakdown of the costs. The
itemized estimates and drawings are the property of
the owner who can use them to get additonal estimates
on a comparison basis.
